Pyramids With Nadja (2009)

Pyramids with Nadja, a massive collaborative effort led by (you guessed it) Pyramids and Nadja, features a very sophisticated collection of otherwise established musicians from Cocteau Twins, Der Blutharsch and Mineral.

Energized ambient, infused with an intelligent for avant-garde metal and an almost indiscernible adherence to a sort of pop sensability, Pyramids with Nadja successfully meld the unparalleled compositional methodology developed in Pyramids s/t album with Nadjas trademarked dirge-like shoegaze.

Mixed and mastered by James Plotkin (Jodis, Khanate, Khlyst).

A follow-up to what I thought was the most amazing album I had ever heard at the time.
